Amy Wilt is a Licensed Practical Nurse and trauma-informed birth and postpartum doula certified through DONA International. As the owner of Dauphin County Doulas, LLC, she is dedicated to empowering birthing people with evidence-based education, physical preparation, and compassionate, individualized support so they can achieve the birth experience they desire.

Amy holds extensive professional credentials, including Spinning Babies® Parent Educator and Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Counselor, Authorized Peanut Ball Trainer, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Dancing For Birth Instructor, Body Ready Method® Certified Pro, and Certified Gift Registry Consultant.

Her advanced training includes trauma prevention certification through the Birth & Trauma Support Center; TENS unit certification; Holding Space for Pregnancy Loss certification through the Birth Breath & Death Institute; and The Breech Release certification. Notably, Amy is the only Authorized Peanut Ball Trainer in Pennsylvania and the 12th worldwide.

Darbey discovered her passion for doula care during the birth of her niece — an experience that solidified her calling to support families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. At just 17 years old, she made the intentional decision to pursue a career in the maternal health field, focusing on childbirth, postpartum care, pregnancy nutrition, lactation counseling, and childbirth education.

Originally from Northern Michigan, Darbey relocated to Pennsylvania to attend the Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences in Lancaster, furthering her education in healthcare. She continued her professional training through the International Doula Institute, where she earned certifications as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Nutritional Counselor, Lactation Counselor, and Childbirth Educator.

Darbey approaches her work with deep pride, compassion, and professionalism. She considers it a true honor to walk alongside families during some of the most meaningful and transformative moments of their lives.

Vixen Divine brings more than 20 years of combined experience in therapeutic bodywork, infant massage instruction, and birth and postpartum doula care. As a Licensed Massage and Lymphatic Therapist, she integrates evidence-based pain management techniques with a holistic approach to healing, supporting clients physically and emotionally through pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

Her work is grounded in the belief that informed families feel empowered. Vixen provides comprehensive education, practical guidance, and steady support during life’s most transformative transitions. Her lived experience as a mother of children with special needs further deepens her compassion, adaptability, and commitment to individualized postpartum care.

Megan Jones

Megan is a highly trained and compassionate birth professional dedicated to helping families approach pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with confidence and clarity. As a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, she provides steady, evidence-based support tailored to each family’s unique goals.

Megan has advanced training in supporting vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC) through The VBAC Link, equipping her to guide and advocate for families planning VBAC with informed, balanced care. Her commitment to optimal preparation for birth led her to become a Body Ready Method® Certified Pro, integrating functional movement and body alignment strategies to promote more efficient, comfortable labor experiences.

Recognizing that every pregnancy journey is different, Megan is also certified through Stillbirthday, allowing her to provide sensitive, compassionate support in circumstances involving loss or complex diagnoses.

As a certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, Megan teaches the principles of HypnoBirthing to help families cultivate deep relaxation, reduce fear, and build lasting confidence. She also offers Fear Release sessions both prenatally and during labor to support emotional processing and encourage physiologic labor progression.

When she is not serving clients, Megan enjoys reading and spending time in nature.

 
 

Molly McGoff

Postpartum doula

Molly McGoff is a dedicated postpartum doula with Dauphin County Doulas and the owner of Om Baby Center. She is passionate about supporting families as they transition into life with a new baby and believes the postpartum period is both foundational and transformative. Molly considers it a privilege to walk alongside parents as they build confidence, strengthen attachment, and establish their new rhythm.

In addition to her postpartum doula work, Molly has extensive experience leading parent-child enrichment programs. She has taught Zumbini, Generation Pound, baby sensory classes, and other developmentally supportive offerings for families. Through her work in both education and hands-on support, she has cultivated a strong understanding of infant development, early bonding, and the value of community during early parenthood.

Molly’s approach is calm, attentive, and individualized. She provides evidence-based support tailored to each family’s needs—whether that includes newborn care education, feeding support, soothing techniques, sleep guidance, light baby-related household organization, or a steady, reassuring presence during the early weeks. She prioritizes clear communication and collaboration, ensuring families feel informed, respected, and empowered in their parenting decisions.

Known for her warm demeanor and steady professionalism, Molly creates a nurturing, judgment-free environment where families can rest, recover, and bond with their baby.
