Meghan Eberly

postpartum doula

Meghan is a postpartum doula, mom, and writer. She believes deeply in community building, and the power of taking care of ourselves and each other.

She first learned about postpartum doulas a year after her son was born. She has always been deeply interested in healing work–from therapy to food as medicine to reparative justice–and it immediately struck her that the role of the doula is just that: to hold parents at a time when they desperately need space to heal, rediscover themselves, and explore who they’re capable of becoming.

Meghan has a background in the social sciences and professional experience as a baker and cook. She is trained as a DONA International postpartum doula. She recently moved to the area with her husband and young son, from Savannah, Georgia, and is thrilled to be somewhere she can finally wear sweaters again.
